Frequently Asked Questions

Our goal is to make our process as transparent as possible. We've compiled a list of the most common questions we receive from clients like you. If you don't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

  • A visual system is your company's design playbook for brand and product communication. We create them to translate complex ideas into clear, credible visuals. This is crucial for innovators in regulated industries like fem-tech, where misunderstanding can cost you credibility, customers, and time. A visual system creates unity in your company, safety through clear instructions, and builds credibility by embracing trust.

  • Project timelines vary by project. Based on our system packages: A new idea can take from 1 to 8 weeks, or even more. We work with you to define the scope and timeline. We provide detailed information after our project review call.

  • Every project starts with a project review. From there, we get on a call, we map your goals, define deliverables, and move through a structured workflow: concept, design, review, and delivery. You’ll always know what stage we’re in and what’s coming next. It’s creative...but not chaotic.

  • 2D product visualization uses flat graphics, illustrations, editing to communicate an idea. 3D creates dimensional models that can be viewed from any angle. 3D visualization is ideal for complex products, prototyping, and showing internal mechanisms or context... especially valuable for medical devices and technical products.

  • Yes. We regularly work alongside engineering, product, and marketing teams. Whether you're on Slack, Notion, or Jira... we adapt. We work independently, but always keep communication clear and momentum strong.

  • Our "starts at" pricing covers the core deliverables for each project. Final cost depends on the number of products, complexity of visualizations, and revision rounds needed. We provide exact pricing after understanding your specific needs during our project review.

  • No, we don’t offer time-based pricing. We value your time and ours, so we use flat-rates to keep things clear, predictable, and valuable. Every project is reviewed to match the best bundle, and if needed, we’ll create a custom quote tailored to your needs.

  • Absolutely. We specialize in turning complex, technical products into clear, compliant, and investor-ready visuals. Our work supports clinical communication and documentation, designed with FDA, CE, and ISO environments in mind. We build with technical specs, stakeholder review, and brand consistency all aligned.

  • Yes, BUT... not as regulatory consultants. We design technical illustrations and product visuals that clarify function, user flow, and device detail for submission materials. Our process includes content reviews, accuracy checks, and collaboration with your compliance team to ensure everything lands cleanly and clearly.

  • Absolutely. You can explore selected case studies where we’ve shared the big picture of our design process. If you're curious about specific design solutions or work under NDA, we can share permission-based examples privately upon request.

  • You do. Upon final payment, you receive full usage rights for all deliverables outlined in the scope. We retain rights to showcase work in our portfolio unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing (e.g. under NDA or sensitive projects).

  • Yes, we are strategically based in Houston, Texas, and we partner with innovators across the country.
Our Houston location provides a unique advantage, offering direct access to the world's largest medical complex (TMC) and NASA's Johnson Space Center (JSC). This proximity allows us to cultivate a deep understanding of the fem-tech and space innovation ecosystems, fostering stronger local partnerships.

For our national clients, we leverage clear communication and by-the-book processes to ensure collaboration is seamless and effective, regardless of distance.

Clarity is a strategy

Start with a strategic audit.

You’ve handled the complex engineering; now let’s make it easy to understand.
Our audit is a deep-dive analysis of your current materials. We'll find the gaps where scattered visuals are costing you credibility and deliver an actionable plan to make your product impossible to misunderstand.
