The CLM is our proprietary protocol for hardware development: a rigorous, multi-phase system mandates Human-Centered Design (HCD) at every milestone and enforces formal Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) verification.
While our modular onboarding allows you to engage at any stage (from Research to Launch) the CLM serves as the master strategy to ensure your visual assets are submission-ready for ISO and FDA regulatory bodies.

A Visual System is Polymotions' modular approach to product development.
At its core, a visual system is a complete strategic network comprising assets and rules that transform technical insights into the physical representation of a product. Instead of requiring long-term, comprehensive contracts, this approach utilizes systemized solutions mapped directly to specific phases of the product development journey.
Each specialized visual system is designed to solve one immediate, targeted problem. As the hardware iterates and progresses to the next phase, the newly assigned visual system continues to build its assets and rules directly on top of the previous one.
This framework includes the precise technical documentation required to communicate complex product specifications to vendors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
By the end of the full development process, the outcome is twofold: a finalized product ready for market launch, and one comprehensive master visual system built from all the previous milestone systems. This finalized infrastructure reduces operational friction, accelerates future decision-making, and guarantees long-term brand consistency.
