We guarantee all assets delivered on time for the mutually agreed-upon launch date OR we will forfeit 10% of the total fee for each full week of delay caused by our studio.

*This excludes all delays resulting from client-requested revisions, late feedback, or failure to deliver required source files on time, which will not count against Polymotions' delivery timeline. This forfeiture is capped at 30% of the total fee. The client has the option to cancel the remaining scope and retain all paid fees for work delivered to date once the maximum penalty is reached.
